You have access to 3 records sessions - these include Shadow Work enquiry, Meditations & Somatic movement

Who is this shadow work immersion for?

This space is for heart & soul led women who crave more Joy & impact in their soul aligned work - Shadow work can be very dysregulating. Online programs of this nature may not be suitable for you if you have deep trauma. Shadow work is challenging and this work is designed to allow parts of you to be released. If you are psychologically unstable or are currently in any kind of severe crisis, or have a history of unmanageable mental illness, this work will not be beneficial for you.

Online programs require the participant to make an informed decision & participants are expected to take full responsibility for their own wellbeing

How can I prepare for the ritual?

You can create quiet time for reflection, you will be asked to say things out loud, it is very common for you to feel emotional through out shadow work enquiry & release. .
